IFS Group Consultation

Three people sitting around a black table, using a laptop and a tablet, with two of them pointing at the tablet's screen.

In groups, you will have the space to learn new techniques, fine-tune the techniques you are already using, deepen your knowledge of IFS, and receive feedback on your work from myself and/or peers in the group. Group supervision has many benefits, not only is there a cost benefit to doing group supervision, but you also get to learn from your peers and colleagues, as they present cases and questions around their own learning and processes.

The format is flexible and I am open to meeting the needs of the group. Group supervision can include case consultations, demos, Q&A, didactic teaching of new and advanced skills, and other learning needs of the group.

Exciting news — Mel will soon be running more regular consultation groups, and you’re invited to join a group that suits you best!

Are you looking to deepen your IFS practice in a supportive, small-group setting? .

Mel’s consult groups are designed to give you consistent guidance, a strong sense of community, and opportunities to grow with others on the same path.

These consultation groups provide a space to explore your work more deeply—whether you're newer to IFS or looking to expand your existing practice. Because groups are intentionally small, they often fill quickly — if you’re hoping to join, don’t wait too long!

Led by Mel Galbraith, a Level 3 Certified IFS Therapist and trainer, these groups are a welcoming space where every voice matters. If you're craving clarity, feedback, or connection as you integrate IFS into your work, this could be just the space for you.

Join a Group That Fits Your Schedule

💡 Current groups are full, and spaces in new consult groups are limited. If you’ve been waiting to join, now is the time to register!

Each consult group is limited to just 4 participants, creating an intimate and supportive learning environment. The group runs for a total of 6 sessions, and 4 sessions are currently available depending on the chosen schedule. Meetings are held in the Eastern Time Zone (EST), each lasting 1.5 hours. The investment is $150 CAD per person, per session.

Sessions are flexible and responsive to the needs of the group. They may include case consultations, role play, working with therapists, didactic teaching, Q&A, and space for community reflection.

If you can’t make a session, recordings will be available. You’re also welcome to send your questions in advance, and Mel will address them in the recording so you don’t miss out.
