IFS Group Consultation

In groups, you will have the space to learn new techniques, fine-tune the techniques you are already using, deepen your knowledge of IFS, and receive feedback on your work from myself and/or peers in the group. Group supervision has many benefits, not only is there a cost benefit to doing group supervision, but you also get to learn from your peers and colleagues, as they present cases and questions around their own learning and processes.

The format is flexible and I am open to meeting the needs of the group. Group supervision can include case consultations, demos, Q&A, didactic teaching of new and advanced skills, and other learning needs of the group.

Exciting news — Mel will soon be running more regular consultation groups, and you’re invited to join a group that suits you best!

Are you looking to deepen your IFS practice in a supportive, small-group setting? This summer, Mel is offering consultation groups designed to help you grow your confidence, connect with like-minded peers, and receive experienced, compassionate guidance.

These consultation groups provide a space to explore your work more deeply—whether you're newer to IFS or looking to expand your existing practice. Even during the slower summer months, these sessions continue with intention and care, offering a chance to reflect, ask questions, and strengthen your skills in community.

Led by Mel Galbraith, a Level 3 Certified IFS Therapist and trainer, these groups are a welcoming space where every voice matters. If you're craving clarity, feedback, or connection as you integrate IFS into your work, this could be just the space for you.
